Glass Sword (Red Queen) - Victoria Aveyard

 

Okay, so I just finished "Glass Sword" by Victoria Aveyard and I can't control myself. I can't believe that ending! I mean everything was going so smoothly, they saved people, they killed the queen, the stupid guy with the red eye was finally less of an ass and then BAM! How, just how am I suppose to wait for the next book? 

 

Also, can we talk about Mare? What a self absorbed kid. I mean, I get that the book was supposed to show how she changes from this selfish bitch to a slightly better person, but come on. It's like the author wanted us to hate the main character.

 

BUT, despite all that, it was still a good read, I wanted to know what happens next and I wasn't getting bored (which often happens). So yeah, 3,5 stars :D
